I'm TJ — a clinical hypnotherapist trained in Ericksonian and cognitive-behavioural methods. I started as a software engineer who couldn't stop checking my phone. Hypnosis cured me in three sessions. Will I lose control under hypnosis?+

No. You stay aware throughout. Hypnosis is a focused, relaxed state — you can open your eyes any time. Stage-show hypnosis is theatre.

How fast will I see change?+

Most clients notice a shift in the first session. Lasting behaviour change typically takes 3–6 sessions plus daily 20-minute practice.

Can I do this if I'm a strong skeptic?+

Yes — skeptics often respond fastest, because the analytical mind learns the protocol quickly. Hypnosis is a skill, not a belief.

Is it online or in-person?+

Almost all sessions are over video. Clients in London can book in-person at the Marylebone studio.
